If you accidentally transfer a ticket to the wrong person or email address, you have the ability to cancel the transfer of that ticket. You can do so by:
- Selecting the ticket(s) that you Transferred.
- Select the red button, “Cancel Transfer”.
- Confirm that you would like to cancel the transfer of that ticket. You will then be able to Transfer or Sell that ticket to the correct person.
Please note: If you Transfer a ticket to the wrong person and that person accepts the Transfer, you will no longer be able to cancel the Transfer of that ticket. If this happens, please contact us by scrolling down and selecting “Help” in the bottom right-hand corner of this page or click here.
