Sometimes the weather will prevent a game from being played or a performer may get sick and have to postpone the event. Thankfully, when events are rescheduled, oftentimes, your ticket(s) will be valid for the rescheduled date.
If an event is canceled, you will be protected by Project Admission's Buyer Guarantee. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the event organizer. Where applicable, Project Admission will send an email with details about your options for a refund.
There is no need to reach out to Customer Support in this case, our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, in some cases, you’ll be able to get a refund and in most cases, you’ll be able to resell your ticket(s) via Project Admission. For more information on reselling your tickets click here.
