If you have already completed the Transfer or Selling of a ticket, you can no longer Manage that ticket. If you’re having some trouble and need to change the person assigned to one of the tickets in your Wallet, contact us by scrolling down and selecting “Help” in the bottom right-hand corner of this page or click here and your inquiry will be investigated.
Project Admission automatically assigns one of the tickets to you in your Wallet. If you purchased more than one ticket for an event, the remaining tickets are left Unassigned.
All Unassigned tickets in your Wallet are still your tickets. Once you Transfer or Sell tickets, those tickets are no longer yours, but they will still be shown in your Wallet with an updated status.
